While comparing my own experiences on road bikes with the experiences of others, the importance of customizing bikes for each individuals needs became evident. My perception of a 'nimble and agile' handling bike was experienced much differently by my peers.

Typically, bikes are developed for an averagely proportioned person in a range of sizes. However, even within this range of sized, riders would find themselves positioned drastically differently on the bike than a similar rider. Customisation to fit an individuals needs will always deliver a more refined experience than a generic 'for the masses' approach.
